Leadership Application: Jesus' leadership wasn’t primarily about commanding crowds. It centered on investing deeply in His disciples. Similarly, your greatest influence often comes through intentional investment in individuals, not addressing masses.

3️⃣ Use Your Platform to Serve Others

✔ Influence expands when you consistently create value for others

✔ Share your knowledge, faith, and leadership insights to help others flourish

Reflection Question: How can I leverage my influence to serve others rather than advance myself?

Leadership Application: Transformational leaders prioritize mentoring others, freely offering wisdom without expectation of return. When you help others succeed, your influence naturally compounds.

4️⃣ Stay Humble and Keep Growing

✔ The moment you stop growing, your influence begins to wane

✔ Learn continuously from mentors, books, and experiences — never assume you’ve arrived
